Brief Profile:

Handle international bookings using Abacus
Monitor and manage booking queues for timely ticket issuance
Maintain and update daily Management Information System (MIS)

Destination Management

Basic Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a related role

Brief Profile:

Manage hotel reservations across various destinations
Liaise with suppliers and hotels to arrange room bookings and transfers
Contract fixed rates with suppliers
Knowledgeable about hotel policies, including room occupancy, child policies, and check-in procedures
